To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags on and in the same condition that you received it including packaging (if applicable).
NON Returnable Exchangeable Items Are As Follows:
- Worn or Used Items
- Item with ANY Tags Removed
- Any Item with a Crotch Panel Slit Snaps Hooks
- Monogram Items or Alterations
NO Gift Cards are exchangeable or returnable
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
Please refer to your packing slip and/or store receipt
Sale Items are FINAL SALE - NO exchanges or returns

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from shipping or manufacturer. Exchanges can be made on sizes if the item in in stock/inventory.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the current value of the product/items. Once the gift items (if applicable not final sale) are returned or item received in the store, a gift card will be provided with no expiration date to be used on future purchases.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you do receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary via the USPS System.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
